Applications are continuously accepted by our school through our online enrollment system, PowerSchool Enrollment. Apply online today using your computer, smartphone, or tablet!
You may complete an application for the current 2025-2026 school year at any time.

Enrollment Application
Open Enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year:
Open enrollment FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR runs from 11/01/2025 until 2/1/2026. You may still apply after open enrollment, however, there may be a waitlist. If the number of applications submitted within this period of time exceeds the number of seats available for any grade level, a system generated, random lottery will be processed in order to determine who is offered a seat at the school.
Please note, Open Enrollment is for NEW students only. Current students are guaranteed a seat and will complete online Registration through PowerSchool Parent Portal at a later date.

Lottery Process
If the number of applications submitted within the Open Enrollment period exceeds the number of seats available for any grade level, a system generated, random lottery will be processed in order to determine who is offered a seat at the school. All applications submitted within the Open Enrollment period will have an equal opportunity for admission, regardless of whether they are submitted on the first day or the last day of Open Enrollment.
Applications submitted for the 2025-2026 school year will not be valid, roll over, or be processed in the 2026-2027 lottery. A new application must be submitted during the Open Enrollment period in order to be considered for a 2026-2027 seat.
Enrolling with our Online Registration
Step One
Once the lottery is complete in mid-March, you will either receive a Seat Offer Email or a Waitlist Email from PowerSchool Enrollment. If you receive the Seat Offer Email, you will have 7 calendar days to either accept the seat or decline the seat.
Failure to accept the seat within 7 days will rescind the offer and you will be moved to the end of the waitlist.
Step Two
Within 2 hours of accepting the seat through the Seat Offer email, you will receive another email from PowerSchool Enrollment with a link to complete the Enrollment process. You will have 14 calendar days to complete the enrollment forms and upload all required documents. See list of required documents below. If you are unable to upload the documents during online enrollment, please bring them to the school or email them directly to Malissa Brock at malissa@beltonprep.us.
Failure to complete the enrollment forms within 14 days will rescind the offer and you will be moved to the end of the waitlist.
Required documents to finalize enrollment:
You MUST have ALL of these documents in order to be verified to begin at Belton Prep Academy. If you can NOT produce these items within the 14 days allowed after accepting your offer, your seat offer may be rescinded. If this occurs you will be added to the end of the waitlist. If there is an issue with a document that requires more than 14 days, please reach out to Malissa Brock at malissa@beltonprep.us so that an extension can be made and you do not lose your seat.
- Birth Certificate *Cannot be a card, MUST be the original form with parent info*
- Parent/Guardian driver's license
- Proof of residency-Must provide 1 of the following. (Utility bills - must be within the last 30 days)
- Utility bill (water, sewer, electric, gas, cell phone)
- Mortgage or lease
- Bank statement
- Homeowner's Insurance
- Credit Card Statement
- Immunization Records - must be on South Carolina DHEC-4024 Form or an exemption letter.
- Custody court documents, if applicable
- IEP/504 Plan, if applicable
